Gateway issue

I'm loving the gateway feature, but I cannot access me 1st character in the list. He is in the top position in the list. He is my main and has the same name as my account. Could that be the problem? The other characters work just fine, but clicking on my main does nothing. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

    I cannot access my 1st character in the list either.I have been told it may be that I spelled his name with an apostrophe.I too would like a more reputable answer.

    Interesting.... I have an apostrophe in my bugged toon's name, as well. We may have found the issue. Any response from PWE on this? Please?

    That may be my problem too. My only toon, who is high enough level, has an apostrophe. In beta it did not & I was even able to log in, though not do much with my tiny screen, from my Android phone.

    Fix please?

    What a coincidence. My character Ta'ira is bugged (non-accessible) as well.

    Apostrophe will bug their SQL query as they not seem to escape them. They are aware of this issue and will fix soon.

    Thanks for the update. I know it's not a huge priority for them, but its good to know it's on their list.

    This appears to be fixed. I was able to cycle through all my characters today! Thanks for that. Now there is a "one time code" issues. Have to enter it every time..... Not too big a deal for me....
