Patching on the ingame loading

hi i just wanna know if there is anyway to avoid that the game patch files on loading screen cuz it take hours ! and sometime it bugg saying server doesnt respond.so why do the game even patch INGAME this cuz more lagg for players with slow connexion.only thing that bother me is the time that it take ! i run the game on max setting i had no probleme from the launch of the OBT now it take forever to load or patch!!!!! so any fix any tips ?
