mail deletion is bugged?

I've noticed that deleting one letter actually deletes 2 or more. Is this a known bug? When the mail is from Gateway Auction house, I think it'll delete 3 letters, since it seems the Gateway AH sends multiple letters. Very confusing to understand what is going on. I've lost a couple of items from the AH because of this.

Can someone explain it to me and if there is a workaround?

    is only my mail bugged like this? Or is no one buying/selling from AH?

    Same problem here, i get 2 mails of the same.

    I finally realized you don't get two emails ... it seems to be a display error.

    There are two "slots" for displaying message headers above the reading pane. However, sometimes the thing gets confused and if you only have one message, it doesn't seem to understand not to display something in that second slot - so it displays the same header in both slots. But it is still the same message. So when you delete it, "both" are deleted.

    Now I am pretty sure I have still seen the duplicate message thing when I have had more than 1 message - so there is a bit more to it than simply "fewer messages than display slots" - but that is still the easiest way to explain it.

    For me, it seems determined to never show more than four mails - and when I delete a mail I get to see all of my inbox from Champions Online. Then, if I close the mail window and open it again, there's those original four mails only.

    This thread hasn't been posted on in five months. If this error still exists please make a new thread to discuss this matter with more details.

    A thread which hasn't been posted on in over thirty days is considered dead and if you feel the topic needs further discussion it is often best to simply make a new thread.

    Innos, it doesn't even sound like you're posting regarding the bug at all. You must delete all messages individually at this point in time. If that is not your issue then please post a new thread detailing the bug you have encountered in detail. :)
