Help pls start foundry Farming

im 13lvl
what i need before i can start foundry farming ?? and can we have foundry at queue like pvp for find random party?

some ppls say i need finish tutorial foundry before i can start wher i can get tutorial?

    You have to reach level 15 before you are allowed to use The Foundry.
    The Foundry is an out-of-game tool for creating your own dungeons/adventures/quests.
    There is no "farming." There is no "queue like pvp." There is no "random party."

    I think the OP meant to ask when he is able to participate in the foundry made content. I think you can access the foundry quests / skirmishes right after you finished the starting area? Doesn't the foundry content scale with your level?
