GWF & CW Looking for Guild (Dragoon) / Buscando Guild

Hi,
We are a Control wizzard and a Great weapon fighter currently lvl 35 (and growing) and we were looking for a international or spanish guild.
A little bit about us:
Both of our ages are above 21 years old
We got toons of exp in mmorpg. We started with Ultima online and our last game was Tera, we could say we played and tried all the mmorpgs arround. We always played in a high end / top tier guild environment or we always tried to.
Our time zone is GMT+1
We are used to use Voice ip programs such as ventrilo, mumble , ts etc.
We both speak english (is not our native lenguage tho.)
One of us is founder the other one isnt
We both got leadership experience, we've been raid leaders, guild leader, officers, race leaders etc.
What do we look for?
We are looking for a guild where is not all about numbers, meaning? we are not looking for a 300 players guild that only wants to increase numbers without planning all the required stuff, we are looking for a small medium guild with the will to get to the top in pve and pvp.
We are looking for a group of people to joke and play with but always keeping in mind the objective: Try to reach the top.

Un poco sobre nosotros:
Ambos tenemos una edad de mas de 21
Tenemos largos anios y variada experiencia en mmos, desde ultima online a tera.
Nuestra zona horaria es GMT+1
Estamos acostumbrados al uso de mumble, raidcall, ventrilo, ts etc.
Uno de nosotros tiene el founders pack
Tenemos experiencia varia en liderar: raids, guilds, razas etc. O como oficiales etc.
Que buscamos?
Buscamos un guild donde no solo le importen los numeros, que busque intentar llegar al top. Buscamos un grupo mediano / pequenio de gente con la que hacer broma y pasar el rato sin olvidar el objetivo de ser top tier.
