Crypic advertises these blocks covering the data center network you were patching to, public to the net.

nwhttppatch.crypticstudios.com resolves to 208.95.185.29

Prefix Description
208.95.184.0/23 CRYPTIC STUDIOS, INC.
208.95.186.0/24 CRYPTIC STUDIOS, INC.

They don't exist in the current internet routing table, their uplinks to the internet out of CA are:

AS174 Cogent Communications
AS14742 Internap Network Services Corporation

The issue is on their network side, the servers are not on the net at the moment. period.
Let them do their digging and figure out the network issue, btw, I do consulting for Network Engineering Cryptic. :)

    bump! keep it up in the count so folks will stop trying all sorts of damaging tricks thinking its the servers.

    I don't think people really care what it is. They just want an ETA as to when it will be up.
