Is threat really this messed up?

I am having a hard time holding agro over my healing compaion sometimes, I have + threat spec and I keep taunting but it's a ***** to try to hold agro as a Guardian. A 15 sec cool down our taunt is a bit much too.

    Use ur Mark Skill allocated in the Tab Button!

    Also, the sword stab that replaces your left mouse at-will when blocking generates threat.

    Using marks is super important and keeping in mind your mark drops when you don't block their attack.
