AH - Change.. this.. back... NOW!

The old system - when you purchased something in the AH, it went right into your inventory allowing you much convenience when buying out a lot of crafting materials or what-not.

The new system - not only will I be getting spammed now in my mailbox with Outbid mail, Successfully Sold mail, but now I have to deal with grabbing <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> out of the mailbox every time I want to buyout something?

Cryptic, I kindly urge you, Please revert this change back to the old way, when you purchase something it goes straight into your inventory. Why would you even change it to delivery by mail? It makes AH spam even more ridiculous and it was already fine the way it was? Why would you inconvenience players further with this change?

Sominator, or any Mod reading this, please relay this back to the Dev Team, I kindly beg of you..

Okay, now this is seriously starting to get ridiculous as I am now losing real life money from these changes and the bugs related to them...

I was on a different character on mindflayer server that I play on with some friends and looked at my mailbox and I find out that all my mail's been deleted because it was being sent to my main character on the dragon server.

So basically all my successful A.D. sales were being sent to my main without the item attachments because obviously the item was on mindflayer and since it had no attachments I deleted them only to find out that they were for my other character on Mindflayer. At least 400k A.D. lost, where as only just last night all the A.D. was automatically being sent to my character.

I've already lost at least 600k due to this bug

I'm just starting to really regret spending any money on supporting this game, it's done nothing but steal money from me with these kind of game breaking bugs that steal your money from you...

I'm sorry if this sounds a little aggressive but I've just stood by and can't take it any longer, especially when real money is involved and I feel like i'm literally being robbed.

    I agree, this "fix" was not needed.

    I believe it's an anti AH bot measure. Same reason most games have that. So they can't just stand there and buy and sell all day long.

    Actually it's because the original system wasn't working properly. It wasn't applying the Astral Diamonds to the player's bundle unless they were online at the time. If you were offline it tried to send it to your global handle and lost track of which character it belonged to. So you wound up not getting paid.

    I lost around 4k astral diamonds because of that issue. I prefer the mailbox. Besides: It's right freaking -there-. Just buy all your AH stuff and then walk over and pick it up.

    That's exactly what it is. They are making a system that they can log and monitor. It's that simple.

    I preferred it the old way, much more convenient. At least they could put the mail closer to the AH.

    I don't know about you, but I was getting my A.D. just fine when offline. All my A.D. was being credited to me, and with this change, the mail box spam is just outright ridiculous atm.

    Now I have to wade through the wave of endless, auction outbid, auction successful, and bidding successful mails just to find the ones that I bought out now.

    Imagine trying to buy out a ton of rune / enchantments for yourself? This new change is hellish and creates just a crazy amount of inconvenience, I never even wanted to touch my mailbox because I have days if not a weeks worth of spam stored in there from the already annoying auction house mails.

    I'm just so unhappy with this new change, it's really terrible.

    Oh and I just love how the mailbox system is organized by oldest mail first, so your newest mail is alllllllllll the way at the bottom of the list.

    I've literally had to go through hundreds of old outbid messages just to reach the new stuff, guess i'll just have to delete every single spam now, not going to even bid anymore in the AH just because of the annoying outbid messages they send you.

    I like how people put "NOW" in all caps, like they have some sort of authority.

    How self-absorbed and deluded do you have to be to think that an all-caps demand has any affect on anyone?

    I wasn't getting my AD when offline before, and I'm still not receiving it in the mail. This game must really hate me.

    I guess i'm just more upset at all the auction house spam I now need to deal with in my mailbox.

    The thing was literally exploding with really old mails, and I think they at least need to get rid of the outbid messages they keep sending you, or at least have a way to turn them off.

    I could have sworn I deleted a few items cuz of lag and trying to sort through all the spam, and also maybe one of those chests they send you. Maybe having a seperate AH category altogether since there's just so much freakin spam it sends you.

    You know, for starters, demanding something to be changed by using the word "now" in the title probably will cause your request to be ignored.

    Wow, so now not only do you have to go to the mailbox to get your bought out items, but you also have to go there to get your Astral Diamonds when you sell or get outbid on an auction too?

    I can see that causing a lot of problems with people and accidentally deleting the wrong mail. This change was not needed.

    I can't decide which I hate more: the part where I have to walk somewhere for a quest, or the point where I have to press button to kill stuff.

    This game would be so much better if I, <hold on a sec, this works better with caps lock on>
    IF I COULD JUST SIT THERE IN ONE SPOT AND SPAM MY LEFT MOUSE BUTTON TO OPEN LOOT CHESTS THAT WERE PRESENTED TO ME WITH GOLD MOUNTS. ALSO I DEMAND THAT REAL LIFE MONEY BE OBTAINABLE FROM SAME LOOT BOX!!! NOW!!!!

    Ok, that should do it. Now I'll just sit back and profit. No way the devs will dare to ignore this.

    Okay so how does this relate in any way to the problems with the auction house? Did I ever mention in any way I want everything to just be handed to me? I was simply stating the extra added inconvenience to a system that was just fine the way it was. To me you just sound like you're making a pointless post.

    There are also issues and bugs related to this change. As for everyone complaining about the caps, I changed the title of the thread so you can now take that stick out.

    I too have been experiencing some problems with this new change.

    For one, I sometimes get a bunch of mails in German and French language. They really should have given EU their own server, obviously would be less lag for them and it's been causing some language issues like mail and actual items being shown in french or german text.

    Also, sometimes when I'm deleting my mail, the whole bunch of it will shift around randomly and I will accidentally delete something by mistake. I'm really afraid I might delete my A.D. or items because of this.
