I discovered what was bugging me about these two races. They are too tall, especially halflings. STO and CO had a height slider, why was it removed from Neverwinter... Halflings are supposed to by tiny, they are almost as tall as a human... and dwarves are almost up to a humans shoulders.
I second this. STO and CO both had them, although I can understand it being somewhat immersion breaking when these twelve foot plus aliens or super heroes run around. Also, the ability to change scale on legs but not torso seems a little odd.

Yes, kneecaps with boots on them. It worked for John Rhys-Davies; it can work for us too.

The two height sliders I've noticed in game are "leg length" and ... "foot thickness" oddly enough. Do reducing those not give the desired height?
Also the "neck/head height" sliders will increase or decrease size. There are plenty of customization options that are actually better than a single overall option, imo.

You have a slider. For how tall the legs are. Put it to minimum... even shorter!

All die, so die well.
