As title say,

Plus, is there any "healbot companion"? ;)

hit level 16 and get it for free

or buy acolyte from kelemvor from Zstore

Keep in mind the Kelemvor Acolyte is not a healer. She merely gives you lifesteal (which is debatable as to how useful that is).

Ioun Stone of Allure or Cat.

Otherwise Man-At-Arms until you get Bait-and-Switch, then just forget about standard companions.

Unlike other classes, combat companions are not only a crutch for a TR, but get in the way of your full capabilities.

Actually, your rogue will do much better without a companion. I know, it sounds crazy, I thought so too when I was first told this. But it's absolutely true.

You see, companions draw aggro. Well, that's good isn't it? Well, no it's not. Not for a rogue. I'll tell you why. Let's say you're fighting a boss with a powerful AoE attack plus a bunch of adds that also use AoE attacks. You stealth (as every good rogue should do) and the boss and his adds stop casting their spells, because they can no longer see you.

Now imagine you have a companion out. You may be stealthed, but your companion isn't, so the boss and all his adds now throw their AoE's at the companion. In a small room with lots of adds, it's all but impossible to avoid those red circles.

Trust me, a rogue can survive much better without a companion. If you must have one, then get the cleric, but only summon her to heal you up between fights. When facing strong enemies, unsummon her, cause she'll just get you killed.

I bought my rogue a dancing blade for his birthday. My only gripe is that the tooltip mentions a plurality of blades but there is only ever one.
