Quest help after rhazzad

I do not know if i have a bug (i dont believe so), but i have finished killing rhazzad but there was no quest offered by sgt.knox to blackdagger ruins nor was there a npc at blackdagger offering me a quest. So i am currently stuck in progression. Am level 21. Any assistance and advise would be much appreciated. and thank you in advance for those willing to help me
