GF feat "Powerful Strike" not functioning

The Guardian Fighter paragon feat "Powerful Strike", which is supposed to have a 100% chance to interrupt your target when using Lunging Strike at 5/5, doesn't cause interrupt. I tested it on a bunch of different monsters and it definitely isn't doing anything. Pretty disappointing to have spent Feat points on something that doesn't work.

Can anyone else reproduce and confirm?

    I'd like to confirm that after testing it on several monsters i don't see the interrupt working. Can this please be elaborated how it's supposed to work and/or Fix this?
