Chest farming.

In the blackwater sewers (possibly every instance) i grabbed the chest that's surrounded by poison clouds and than had to relog because of a door bug. When i re-logged the chest had re-spawned and I still had the items from when I previously looted it. On further inspection I realized this can be done over and over again. Please fix this so it will not be exploited and screw with the economy.
