Removing quests from quest tracker - how?

How do I remove quests from the quest tracker? I've hit the ALT key...I've looked at every option across the top...I've clicked all over the quest tracker area...

What magic do I need to do in order to remove quests from the quest tracker? Thanks in advance!

    Open the quest journal with "J", select the quest, then click on "abandon".
    Unsure about skills and feats? Check the Master List of Class Builds!

    or if you just want them to not be shown, click force display box instead of abandon.

    what i do, only way to do it too. hitting force display doesnt do jack for 90% of the annoying quests you never intend to do, can only abandon...

    ive done every quest that's been given to me, and ive done it multiple times since closed beta.

    You can just click the box beside any quest a few times until it dissapears from the tracker, and it won't put the quest back unless you go back in and click that box again.

    To abandon the quests you have to use abandon beside share at the bottom right of the window...

    Open your quest log (default J). Check "Force Display" twice, the first time will put a "check mark" the second will put an "X". As long as you have it set to "X", it won't show up on the on screen quest tracker.
