Game Latency spiking from 300+ to 2000 when inside town/huge team skirmishes.

I get 300 ping normally, I check it through /netgraph 1 but when I'm inside a town, specifically Protector's Enclave my ping spikes up to 700 and I can't barely move, what I do is change channel/instance and the lag goes off but is this really normal or am I the only one experiencing this problem, I usually change to low player instances.

I have another problem about this lag spikes, I tried running Cloak Tower Skirmish earlier. At first my ping was normal 300, but after we engaged the first boss it started to spike to 1700 going 2000 and it won't reduce to it's normal ping.

I have my video card into the minimum requirement and my graphic settings are all set to low.

Can anyone tell me what to do in order for me to fix this <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>. Thanks!

My friend has same issue, its unplayable for him, he's still lvl 2 or something cos just keeps getting stuck in city.

Getting over 1000 ms throughout my entire session. It takes an hour to make a character and I can barely get off the beach.

But thats probably because Im playing from South East Asia.

Once again, no love for SEAsians.

playing from EU (Serbia) ping 300-2000 .... in pvp cant even move ...

all 20 other games working fine ... <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> for game that can be played from EU ...
