Help needed! rank 3 powers.

Hey,



Im level 60 GF and have spent all 61 skill points in my skill tree. However my rank 3 powers have never unlocked. I have payed for respecs which have only been a waste of money as the same issue remains each time.

As im a tank i feel this bug/gameplay issue is gimping me.

Anyway. Is there anyone out there that can shed some light on this? Please help.

Just to be clear, you have spent the required power points and aren't thinking that spending feat points is what unlocks it? I ask because you said "skill points" and "skill tree" while the only thing that looks like a tree is the feat "tree."

I have never seen or heard of this before.
The Devs will see and investigate it since the thread is now in the Bug Reports Section but an In-Game report would be great too!


And please contact support again being clear that a bug caused the respecs to malfunction/be useless. They should be more than willing to work with you on that matter. It appears the staff member did not fully understand or comprehend the issue you were describing.

Just remember those messages are private and you may not post them on the forums unless specifically requested by staff or representatives. Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience.
Hopefully this all gets rectified soon!

Just to be clear, All points in all character screens have been spent.

Already encountered two people who ran into this problem. As it turned out they didn't know that you could scroll down on the Powers page for additional powers, and have been only ranking up the first nine.

(Suggested fix: Tweak the Powers page so that the level 15 powers are halfway visible at the bottom of the page.)

i do hope its something that simple and ive just been silly. wont know until games updated.
