Auction House filtering

I do not think the Auction House filtering system works. I am a trickster rogue. I use the following filters. "Level = 12-15", Class = "Trickster Rogue", Quality = "Uncommon".
When I do this I get uncommon items which is good, but it still displays items outside my search filters. for instance, it still shows items of level 8 or 6. I checked to make sure there were items that were within my range listed, and there were. I had to page over a lot to find them, but they were there.
What am I doing wrong?
