Are Auctions broken?

I have sold a Hand ful of items by now and i -altough always had to pay the fees - never recieved the Money from the auctions...?? i always get the mails stating the sell - but not Money on my Balance, no Money in the Mailbox or at the courier, no Money at the auctioneer...? When asking other People a lot Claim having the same issue - is the System broken or are we doing something wrong?

    So far when I sell something I get the system notification that I received an in-game mail from selling something and I get the money at the same time, but I haven't actually been getting the in-game mail, which I'm fine with. Hopefully this is what's happening to you as well.

    The mail icon at the top shines every time I sell something, I get the astral diamonds, but I never actually get the mail telling me what I sold. Makes it slightly difficult to keep up with what I need to be flipping :p

    the diamonds show up when its sold , the mail might take awhile ..or a logout to see . Also if you mail stuff between toons or in other games it borks your mail .

    I went into STO and deleted all my mails there and it helped a ton .

    well great i DO get the mail every time but not the coin...fantastic, so you have to chosse one or the other - can i have rather the coin then? i allready lost around 20k ad by now...ok thats not a lot but ist still really annoying and something that shouldnt happen at this stage - especially since i have heard that now from a lot of People in game

    Where are the diamonds showing up? Are they going directly into your inventory or into the zen exchange or what? Everyone I know of other than in this thread is saying they are not getting their diamonds at all so am curious exactly where they appear.

    They just go directly to the character that listed the item. You don't claim it or get any notification of this happening, the AD is just there.

    I too never get a mail for selling something, I just get the AD.

    Thank you, I will pass that along and try posting a new item to check it out. What I put up before was not for huge amounts so it is possible I just missed them appearing in my bag I guess....this time I will monitor it more closely.
