Quest Bugs, Instance Crashing, Area Disconnects.

The quests, The Artifact Snatch and History Lessons leads you to a door you can't go through. Not sure if this is a mistake or intentional.

I've been getting crash errors upon entering Skirmishes and Dungeons. First time it's happened at all. Was after the patch.

Going into some areas that quests require are disconnecting me. Again since patch.
