Companion HUD Disappears after Dismounting~

I've noticed this bug since BW3.
When you summon your companion, and then get on your mount, the HUD for the Companion at the top left disappears after you dismount.
It's somewhat bothersome because I never know if my pet is summoned.
Anyone else notice this?
It's not game-breaking, of course, but I would like to see the HUD until I officially dismiss my companion.

It doesn't happen ALL the time; just on multiple occasions.
I don't know if it's a series of events that make it happen or what.
It tends to be random, which is even more confusing, lol.
