no boots on my char

ok so im playin an orc GWF and Im lvl 56 and as I was questin I noticed my char doesn't have boots on.. even though I have boots equipped they do not display them on my char he is bootless I even right clicked my boots been in options and nothing I cant get these boots to display on my char ???
