[Gateway] Platesmithing tasks not enabled despite meeting reqs

Hey,
On the Gateway, I am unable to perform Platesmithing tasks that my Platesmithing is of equal level. I can perform tasks under the level, and in-game I am able to perform them. The Gateway states that I am not of sufficient level. This has applied so far for Level 0 tasks when Platesmithing was 0, and Level 1 tasks when Platesmithing was 1.
I do not have this issue with Leadership - I have not done research in other professions.
