Looking for some sort of compensate

I bought this game on 26.4 and i was charged for 55.99 euros(way more than 60usd). I wasnt able to redeem my pack because "display page" is not working. I wasnt able to play single second of my promised 3-day headstart. I started playing yesterday and i havent even able to redeem my guardian pack items (because display page not working). And im thinking here....i have been screwed pretty hard now. First time ive ever bought something and getting nothing in return.

    It states clearly that you will be charged with 55.99 euros. (It changes from USD when you choose your country).
    It's your fault to not notice that.

    For the other errors, you should use google or forum search to see the solutions.
