In my opinion the best PVE Trickster Rogue build is Metzli's Guide.
For a PVP Trickster Rogue build you can check Saythin Guide

It's really not that hard to respec without paying $. Respec is 600zen. 600 zen is apx 215k AD. 215k AD is what I make in a few hours on the auction house.
