i have white launcher also but after a bit it changes to some garbled text that had user name and pw slots, once I put in info it took me to the 6234 queue cant wait gtg to work

I had the same problem this morning... got either white screen and nothing else... or white screen and "loading please wait". I rebooted my PC, tried again, got a login screen... crashed. Got a crash again. *grrr*
I read something yesterday about going to the redeem key page fixing some launcher issues... so figured what the heck, try it. I opened IE (since I figured the launcher uses the primary browser to open the launcher web interface... I have other browsers installed but IE is still set as my default browser), logged in to the NW site, then went to redeem key page. THEN I opened the launcher, got to login screen first try and logged in with no crash. WIN.
Oh wait... queue. *grrrr*
Started queue at 7k+ and now at around 3800.
Well at least I got in the queue. I have absolutely no idea if this was just a fluke or if doing this actually tricked the launcher into working. Worth giving it a try if you are having white screen launcher issues I guess. Hopefully the patch today will sort all this out. Good luck everybody!

Try to delete content of localdata folder, worked for me.
