Cannot log in

I downloaded and installed the game but everytime i try to put my log in details into the neverwinter launcher it keeps telling me that either my username or password is wrong but their not because i just used them to log into the perfect world website and ARC.
any fixes?

I cant start game it tells me im in quake position like 5645,120156,8461,74523 what i need to do??? i waited about 4-6 hours... what happens? Maybe its because much players and only 3 servers??? Than plsss make more servers because 4-6 hours waiting really suks believe...
