Character Creation Problem? Ability Scores

Am I the only one getting this problem? I see no other threads about this.

I basically cant get past this screen.

Also, is it normal for the characters to not have neck textures?
They look like floating heads in armours.

Welp, the icons just appeared out of nowhere.

I guess it's just the connection.

But now that I can select the stats. The "continue" button on the bottom right is greyed out.

Got same problem. I dont know how to fix it, but anyway its not connection isue

This is still an issue for me and I've been trying on and off for days.
Never get any rolled result and so can never continue.

unless you plan on trolling about how it breaks the universe and you are quitting Neverwinter, this should probably be put in the tech support forum.

Probably a connection thing. Or, something with the server anyway. I couldn't get mail for a while tonight, or check the ah at all. It worked eventually, but sucked having to wait forever, when people are spamming zone about deals on the ah.
