Not receiving Astral Diamonds from successful auctions via mail

Put a ticket in 2 Days ago about 500k in Astral Diamonds that I never received. All my mail says is the amount it sold for and what I should get after Auction cut. Then at bottom shows a Astral Diamond, just one... My total hasnt increased either. Happened again today when I had some auctions wrap up. Anyone else having this problem?

yup there is another thread here on the bug forum about people not getting their astral diamonds for things they have sold.
