How do you use rename tokens?

I brought a rename token with Zen, but be buggered if I can work out how to use it.

BTW I recieved no actual token in my inventory.

Any advice would be appreciated

    Sorry I was telling you how to buy one instead. Direcrow is correct.

    Click 'C' to open your character window.
    Click the button marked 'Edit Profile'.

    Along with your titles, there should be a change name button.

    I cannot find the name change button in my titles. In the name section, there is only [Buy Rename Token]. Can anyone help?

    i didnt see the rename button either. only a buy rename token.
    then a message tells me that i can use the token in the character selection screen. but its not there either.
    the rename is greyed out. i saw the 400 zen debet in the system eventlog. but nowhere else. so i probably messed up and bougt it 2times :(

    yesterday i had a enabled rename button on the login page. and renamed my character :)

    Older thread but I was trying to figure this out and this was the first thing google turned up.

    All you have to do is logout and under your character you'll have the option to rename.
