Well met all.

D&D guy from red box. I have read the Salvatore novels and have a affinity for the Forgotten realms.
Is this worth sinking my time into?
How does it compare to Neverwinter nights? DDo?
People seem a little... tightly wound around here. I have been patiently waiting for a while to drive it around the block. Beta floodgates open... CLOSE THEM!... CLOSE Them... never mind.
Just look on the bright side, interest in the game is high.
Hope to one day see you'z in game.

    Well, as I have played the game for a few hours I can say that the game is defiantly worth the download. I mean it is free after!

    When I started playing, the game brought back memories of NWN1. The same "feel" and atmosphere, though the mechanics are different. But I did have flashbacks, so chances are you'll experience the same. (Combat is much more computer-friendly than in NWN1.)

    As for some community issues here, don't let that scare you off. It's a new MMO, it's F2P, and well, people are people and sometimes emotions flare up! For what it is worth, I've played since Thursday and the community (at least on Dragon) has been nothing less but amazing and friendly. It's still the same tonight.
