An Open Beta for a F2P D&D game with only three servers? What were you guys thinking?

Okay this to me is kind of insane to even go about this in the way this game has been released. Fine I will give it to you Cryptic and PWI, this game was fun while I CB tested. However imagine my shock today when first of all I find out I can't log into the game. So you said you fixed that but then we come to the issue of this major long waiting Que just to get in. Then we get to the issue on the serious rubberband lag spike that wasn't even an issue at all within CB. I ask you why is this an issue at all?
You took a highly rated board game which people including myself have been playing for years and not only did you make it an Action Roleplay Game that has been backed up by WotC and R.A. Salvatore but you made it free to play. Even with all this it did not cross someone minds that this needed to have more servers during the OB? Everyone who played or have an account with Star Trek online knew from the beta of that game alone had serious rubberband issue and this seems as if no one at Cryptic even remembers this at all.
Funny though all these issue could have been fixed if you would have not been so in to it for the money. I mean I am not trying to bite off heads here but it seems as if this game was marketed right from the start. I am very sure that everyone who is playing this game right now even the non Founders would have reached into this pockets and pulled out $60 for a buy to play game and you could have still added your little store instead of trying to rip $200 from a few selected players. In this way the game could have been stressed tested during CB without having some surprise issue during OB. I kind of feel bad for the ones who spent that $200 just to get another re-run which I went through before the issues were cleaned up in STO.
That being said I hope you guys at Cryptic/PWI make some changes for the next F2P game and don't try to take advange of your players because when your track record starts looking shaddy you start loosing those players.

Well if what others are saying is true, they were probably thinking

"time to make the servers smaller so people will give us money to into the game faster"
