Is it possible to apprenticeship or sidekick someone?

I'm trying to play with Guildmates. I'm level 30 and I'm my friends are just starting. I can't seem to play with them without making a new character. Is there anyway to set myself to their level or vice versa?

    I was wondering this too, in CB3 it was a big pain that I could not play with my friends who were starting fresh. I mean you can run around with them, but as soon as it's dungeon queue time you're SOL.

    Any founders able to tell if it's different in open beta?
