How do you access the in-game gems?

Is the pet for EACH character?

Which item(s) should I redeem with caution; for example what NOT to redeem if you may end-up playing a different toon as your main etc.

    The mount and cosmetic items (enchantments included) as well as the misc can be claimed on all characters on the account.
    The Astral Diamonds however, are character bound. So be cautious with how many you claim on a particular toon.

    Each character you create gets both the mount and the pet. Actually, if I remember correctly, everything is given to every character, except the Astral Diamonds, bag and services like the respec token.

    So the bag is only once, as are any services.

    How do I retrieve the diamonds?

    Everything from the Founders packs excluding the Starter pack items are reclaimable for all characters. This includes:
    • Armored Spider Mount
    • Guardian's Horesey mount
    • Panther and Mean Wolf Companions
    • All of the Enchants and Weapons
    • Embroidered Bag of Holding (from the founders kits)
    • Sweet Moonstone fashion items (mask and full set)
    • Cool vanity items like the Gond and Lliara items
    They can be reclaimed in the Reclaim or Boxes tabs of the Founders Agent.

    Items that are once per account is anything in the Claim tab of the Founders Agent or services:
    • Adventurer's Helper Kit
    • Embroidered Bag of Holding (same name as one for all characters, but from Starter Kit)
    • Amulet of Protection
    • Astral Diamonds (can be claimed in the exchange (diamond button in the top of the screen (with the claim button)))
    • Respec Token

    Click the third button at the top, the Zen one, and then hit "claim". Only take as many Astral Diamonds from the stash as you want on your current character.

    Does the Guardian Pack come with a Bag of Holding for all characters on the account? I couldn't find that info.

    Guardian pack does NOT come with the Bag o Holding Type IV or otherwise. Only the Hero of the North (reclaimable for all characters) and the Starter Kit (once per account) come with bags.

    I hope that the Heros of the North Packs can stay on sale until at least June.

    I've almost got enough money to buy one!

    They said somewhere that they'll be available until May 7th. At least I thought I saw it - I can't find it again.
