Character Creation - Below Character Controls Cut Off

In character creation, the section below the character to scroll in/out/turn (wasn't there a hide armor option?) is hidden below the "previous" and "continue" bar.
I've tried windowed and full screen, no difference, I'm using a 1920x1080 res. monitor.
