    I am Also getting the "Trying to update launcher" Error. Have see na similar thing happen when trying to login in to Champions Online. How do we get around this?

    Unable to connect to the replacement .exe file........ Connection timed out.

    Having the same problem as retr068. I try to follow the link to the replacement file and it times out.

    I cant connect :(
    It does the same thing for me and when I try to connect using the Direct Game Launcher. The game just freeze and isnt working.

    I add : the forums takes 5 minute just switching from1 page to another, anything else works just fine.

    I was able to download the replacement exe, however it does not work.

    Worked an 8 hour shift with a 2 hour commute both ways.... was really exited to get into this game and have a good time.... stuck unable to connect. / going to bed early

    Their servers are currently down. It's a know issue. No need to post here until they bring them back online.

    I was playing this fine earlier at 5-ish, I closed it down to run some errands got back and I have the issue now. The current "fix" isn't even letting me download it... Wat do?

    I was having the same problem but I finally got in. They must've fixed it or something.

    This is how I fixed it guys.

    get into your firewall on windows alright.

    get into the advanced settings

    click on inbound rules

    then click action up on the top and click new rule

    then click port and type these

    TCP Ports: 80, 443, 7000-7500 make sure you put the space after each one
