What's that monster....

I'm trying to find a monster in the encounters, I think it should be there, but I can't find it... I'll describe it.
I just fought some of those inside the Ebon Down Barrows, during a level 35~ quest to destroy some shards. I don't think it's a boss cause there's one of em in every barrow, and in the Ebon Down zone there are some undead female casters (the ones enslaving spirits) that behave a bit like them.
It's an undead caster, sometimes he stops and starts channeling a big aoe (3-5 pulse) that damages everyone around him and heals the caster.
Does anyone know if it's in the Foundry monster list?

Not all monsters are in the Foundry. That could be one.

I think it's a wight. There are two solo, hard wight encounters in the undead group. One of them is melee but still does that AoE pulse dmg/lifesteal thing, the other is probably the caster you describe.
