First of all, i bought Guardian pack 26.04, i had trouble getting display name after u have completed your purchase. From that point im still unable to get display name what is essential for logging inside the game (why the f ?). So basically ive lost the 3-day headstart what i was promised. The items what also is given in Guardian pack is basically "worthless", because they are just items u can equip early. U can get everything later.
Thats not all! As i purchased the game for 60$ i started checking all the stuff on zen history. I see "Amount: 55.99 euros" and im thinking like "this aint right". I paid for 60$ not for.... ~75$. Ive sent a support ticket containing same information, but nobody is answering it. Thats one way of <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> with customers. I havent had SINGLE update from anyone. This is my post and im mad as hell.
So my question is:
Is this right thing to do PW?
