Getting low level quests?

Is it possible to get lower level quests that you either dropped or passed over? I was leveling so fast, i ended up dropping the dungeon quests for most, and now i wonder if i can do them in the epic versions now that i'm 60. I also have no idea where any of the quest givers for them are now, as some of those zones are maze like, the wiki was not a lot of help either yet. $:\$ Is it just story i'm missing, or something else?
