For anyone who has managed this...what exactly is entailed in opening the following crafting slots?
my wording might be off but the game is patching right now!
100% time reduction: does this require two purple followers or can you later do jobs with more than two workers? Or is there some other time saver I'm not aware of?
getting the third tier reward: I assume there are invisible rewards possible beyond what is listed? I guess the crafting items with percentage quality increases effect this, but so far I have seen no crafting jobs which even allow their use. I have only leveled Leadership thus far, but I looked at the others and saw no opportunity to use my hammers, shears, etc.
Any details on this stuff would be appreciated...or if someone knows of a detailed guide someone did and they can point me in that direction that would be great...my search didn't come up with any that covered these questions.

100% time reduction is much easier to get than that. Even the level 1 6h "mass" crafting recipes have 4 slots. I'd bet there are recipes with more slots than that.
There are "rare" recipes every hour to make blue armors, usually they require a tool. I haven't tried one but I imagine they have multiple slots for quality assets and can probably turn that blue into a purple or something.

It's not like time reduction , assets give +%speed , so in example 6h task with hero asset (+50%) will be done in 4h . SO dun get it wrong , it's not -time but +speed % !

Sort of moot since the goal is a 100% speed boost not 100% time reduction. I was just using the OPs own wording. They had it right in thinking 2 epics with +50% speed boosts would achieve it.
Thanks for the info...although bummed that I'm up to 7 leadership and there are still no quests in which it is possible to run three guys and therefore get the 100% bonus (I got a purple and two blue men at arms)
