Not receiving my Guardian rewards

I petitioned about this in-game which a GM said I need to do the following

1) Complete the first part of the tutorial to reach Protector's Enclave.
2) Speak to Sergeant Knox when you arrive in Protector's Enclave.
3) Take and Complete the quest Rags to Riches.
3) Speak to the Postal Courier, near the Auction house.
4) Locate the Founders Agent on the opposite side of the Hall of justice from Sergeant Knox. He is located in a small booth near Sergeant Quinn.
5) Visit the Founders Agent to redeem your pack.

I did this and got a welcome box which had fireworks and other junkish stuff and a helper bag which had a xp boost and more junkish stuff but still haven't gotten the items listed for buying Guardian. What am I doing wrong and why am I not getting what I payed for? Im tired of hearing how how awesome mounts are and that pets are cool and helpful when I payed for these + some and cannot receive them no matter what I do and or try.

    Also just noticed I don't see a FOUNDER'S TITLE when I post.

    Since I bought Guardian shouldn't my posts show a FOUNDER'S TITLE where it says PWE user?

    do quests from knox

    Talk to Quinn

    Go to mailbox

    Take items from mail, Should be 2 mails.

    Open items.

    That was my experience.

    I got the items except for the Astral Diamonds. Is there a different step to that? I have only created one character so it is not on any others

    diamonds are the 4th button on the top

    You need to log out and in to forums then got to cp --> Permission Groups --> select title.

    From the patch notes that's happening right now:

    Founders Agent
    •The Founders Agent now properly recognizes Guardians of Neverwinter and allows them to reclaim items accordingly.
