Character Building

Admittedly I hadn't followed Neverwinter at all until a few weeks ago. Relatively long time mmo player though and just looking for some information on character builds (or websites in general with accessible/organized information akin to an allakhazam, stratics, etc).

While the system of progression here is rather straight forward, I've yet to find information on total points available in basic class? advanced class? feats/powers so on and so forth.

Any information is appreciated.
