Only one character got my Mount and Pet from founders pack!

Mail never came for my alt, only the first character I played ever got the mount/companion mailed to him.

Please fix :D

    Visit the Founder's Vendor NPC - just west of the Clothing Vendor - who is just west though the tunnel from Sgt. Knox.

    So, from Knox -> go west through the tunnel where you got your first set of clothes -> go west to the tent with the Founder's Vendor -> Claim your stuff from him. If you cannot find him - open your Map - he is listed there.

    same problem! went to founders agent but 0 items to claim
