about professions

is there a way to reset your current professions?
i have tailoring and leatherworking(WHICH WAS AN ACCIDENT).
so i have no more slots. can i get more slots or can i "fire" that leather dude somehow?

    You can do all the professions. If you mean you started him on a project and want him to stop, you can click the little "x" in the top right corner if the slot being used and you can cancel it.
