Town Portal?

Sorry if this is the wrong section and i tried posting but is it possible to buy scrolls to TP back to town? I noticed that i had a scroll pop up in my inventory twice which i assume was from questing but couldn't find any at any vendors.

    Yes,

    It is the "wondrous vendor" located on the outside wall of the bizzar in Protectors enclave (by the daliy giver). I belive it costs AD to purchase.

    If I remember they are stupidly expensive.
