Eagerly waiting for the 30th and wondering

Anything else I should do to prepare for open beta aside from download and install the launcher? Also, how can you make sure it's updated?

    If you have the hard drive space for another 2 gigs, you can open the launcher, click options at the top and check "disable on demand patching". This will download all the maps so you don't download new areas every time you enter a new area. Then unselect it afterwards so it will patch things if need be.
