So wait...is the WOLF Companion ONE character only? cant claim on my alts

So is the wolf companion for ONE character only? He is not in my mailbox on my alt and not on the Founder Vendor


if so that is just stupid

    The founders dire wolf? If so you can claim them over and over no problem. The zen store bought one? I think those are one per char.

    Yeah founders dire wolf. What vendor is he on? I went to the Founders Vendor and did not see him, or is he in that bag?

    The Founders Pack companion, you can get on each character. You get it out of the package thats mailed to you. So check the post NPC.

    The icon looks like a whistle or a flute kinda. But hes there. Under the tab that says .......... ****** I forgot, lol.

    Yeah he is not there for me. I claimed the wolf on my tank but my cleric cannot find him or the mount (horse)

    You don't get the mail until you talk to the sgt guy a couple of times, during lvl 4

    Jeez i dont see that reclaim tab at all. I only have the 60 dollar founder pack. but surely the mount is for all characters....

    Well to get the mail to appear, you have to complete the quest Rags to Riches for Sergeant Knoxx. If the package isn't there though, I'd contact support.

    Yeah, thats a glitch.

    Id say completely close out of the game client and try to log in again.

    Yeah and I did rags to riches on the ALT as well. So something is up....I dont even have the reclaim tab

    Same thing is happening to me as pvthudson. I don't have the "boxes" or "reclaim" tab at the foudners vendor either. I do believe it is a glitch and still have no clue how to fix it.

    You have to go to the courier in town to pick them up, just opening your mail from the on screen tab doesnt let you pick up mail attachments. Could that be your problem?

    so, just clarifying... all the founders items are for ALL of your characters?
