Guardian Pack Mount?

Wife and I both bought the $60 pack and she got her mount in the mail at lvl 5 while I still don't have it. Does this have something to do with me having multiple toons? Or just a beta issue?

    From my understanding if you don't get something in the mail from the Founders pack, you can claim it at the Founders merchant at a stall beside the soldier that Sgt. Knox sends you to get your "street clothes".
