Can I reuse a deleted char's name?

If I want to redo my character, can I delete him and create another with the same exact name?

    Should be able if its like the other two Cryptic games.

    On top of that, the founder item's are accessible to all character's right? So, for instance, if I decided I made my character wrong, I could remake him and still get my founder's stuff? I know some of the stuff says it is one per character, but some don't say anything on the matter.

    Not all of them, no. Certain items are single use. You should be careful what you claim. Check the founder's packs detailed listing on the Neverwinter main site to see which are single use and which are for every character on your account.

    So if I haven't claimed something yet, I can remake my character and claim it on him?

    Characters belong to Guilds, not accounts.

    You can reclaims all of the Founders items except for the Astral Diamonds. The AD are a one time item. The AD are in a account pool that all character can from. But once a character claims a certain amount from the account pool. Those AD are tied to the character.
