Blue diamons and Yellow Diamonds

What is the difference between blue/yellow diamond quests? I see them above certain NPCs heads.

    I believe that one of them (Blue?) indicates a repeatable mission.

    Yes. Yellow is a one time qst, blue is the repeatable.
