constant disconn netgraph included

I keep getting disconnected constantly while playing neverwinter. It happens about every 10 minutes give or take. here is a screenshot of my netgraph 1 which looks weird because the recv skyrockets right when I disconnect. At all other times while playing it is never that high of a number.

I have an update.

Now i am only getting disconnected when i join a party for a dungeon. The disconnection always happens right when i get to the dungeon and finish loading. I get disconnected from the server AND my entire internet dies out. I temporarily get dosconnected from my home network and obviously the internet for about 30 seconds to a minute give or take. Also occasionally after the disconnection my internetwill continue to come back and go down again repeatedly, If i do not play any video game but watch a live stream for instance, i have no issue with disconnection.

help would be appreciated.

I am have this exact same problem! Every time I try to join a skirmish or something, my internet seems to get nuked and I lose my connection completely.
